Management companies and service providers
Sunfire High School contracts with Number 1 Services, LLC for business and educational management oversight, working alongside the Principal on day-to-day operations. The management fee is 15% of gross Florida Education Finance Program revenue ($696,576 for FY 2024–25). Accounting services are provided by J. Klein, CPA. The school’s independent audit is conducted by McCrady & Associates, PLLC.

FY 2025–26 approved budget: total revenue $5,079,320, total expenses $4,188,102, across general funds, special revenue, and capital outlay.
Annual independent fiscal audit
Audit for fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, conducted by McCrady & Associates, PLLC. Total revenue $5,030,208, total expenses $3,399,093, ending net position $3,417,819. No findings, no corrective action noted.
Budget and audit PDFs are not yet posted. Both documents currently carry a copy-paste error referencing “Marco Island Academy, Collier County” instead of Sunfire/Broward. Corrected files are being issued by the auditor. We will not publish a signed document with another school’s name in it.
